Once your order is finalized, you will receive your VIDEOevite via email or text within 24 hours. Please allow additional time for custom ordered VIDEOevites.

We are unable to offer any refunds/returns/exchanges once your personalized VIDEOevite has been sent. If there is an error or change in your personalization or customization, we will gladly work with you to make any corrections.
